Upcoming Auditions
At ElliTe Studios College, auditions are designed to showcase your current performing arts skills and potential. Applicants can tailor their audition to suit their strengths:
Dance-only: Sundays or Tuesdays
Musical Theatre-only: Tuesdays
Mixed Dance & Musical Theatre: Tuesdays, or Sundays
Auditions take place alongside our Sunday Open Days and Weekday Experience Days, but private auditions can also be arranged. Participation in all classes before your solo is optional, alternative arrangements can be made if preferred. Applicants are welcome to attend either (or both) purely for the experience, or to audition at the same time if they wish.
We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and experience levels in Dance, Musical Theatre, or both.

The application process…
Entry to all courses is via audition.
Follow these simple steps to apply…
- Complete the online application form below (or email us your completed application form and photo)
- One of the team will then be in touch with an invitation to audition
- Attend the Audition Day at ElliTe Studios College
Your audition…
The Dance Audition
You will be invited to attend an Audition Day at ElliTe Studios College. You need to prepare the following for your audition:
- A solo dance, no longer than 2 mins (compulsory)
- Performance of a solo song (optional)
- Performance of a monologue (optional)
The Musical Theatre Audition
You will be invited to attend an Audition Day at ElliTe Studios College. You need to prepare the following for your audition:-
- A musical theatre song (compulsory) – Please bring backing tracks on your device
- A monologue (compulsory) – Approx. 1 minute long and ideally age-appropriate
- Performance of a solo dance (optional)
- Contrasting musical theatre song (optional) – Please bring backing tracks on your device
Auditionees will not be penalised for choosing not to perform optional pieces.
In both cases, the Audition Day will take the following format:-
- Welcome from the Principal
- Participation in relevant classes (Dance, MT or both)
- Performance of your prepared solo dance or prepared song and monologue
- A short interview with Head Tutor
