The application process…
Entry to all courses is via audition.
Follow these simple steps to apply…
- Complete the online application form below (or email us your completed application form and photo)
- One of the team will then be in touch with an invitation to audition.
- Attend the Audition Day at ElliTe Studios College.
Your audition…
The Dance Audition
You will be invited to attend an Audition Day at ElliTe Studios College. You need to prepare the following for your audition:-
- A solo dance, no longer than 2 mins (compulsory)
- Performance of a solo song (optional)
- Performance of a monologue (optional)
The Musical Theatre Audition
You will be invited to attend an Audition Day at ElliTe Studios College. You need to prepare the following for your audition:-
- Two contrasting musical theatre songs (compulsory) – Please bring backing tracks on your device
- A monologue (compulsory) – Approx 1 minute long and ideally age-appropriate
- Performance of a solo dance (optional)
Auditionees will not be penalised for choosing not to perform optional pieces.
In both cases, the Audition Day will take the following format:-
- Welcome from the Principal
- Participation in a Ballet Class & a Jazz Dance Class
- Performance of your prepared solo dance or prepared songs and monologue
- A short interview with Head Tutors
